quiet, clean , respectful, slightly dated the apartments are a little old BUT the area is really nice and quiet plus they are very quick with maintenance if anything is broken no one ever has trash piled up outside and the lawn is always nicely taken care of , they are good about holding people accountable that tear things up so things stay nice , side note i had a package delivered to the leasing office while i was at work instead of my door and the management is very kind and put it on my front door for me.

veronica is a great new manager! anytime I have a problem with either packages maintenance or even my Wi-Fi — that the apartment does not manage — she is an easy point of contact and everything gets done same day. I needed someone to be at my apartment while a technician visited, and within the same hour she had already taken care of it. she is a brand new manager and already she is handling business. thank you!

Great apartments for your budget We have been here 5 years and these apartments aren't bad at all! They are fast to fix whatever is broken in a timely matter, and it's peaceful living. The office manager is fantastic, kind and very friendly! Never once have we had an issue with her at all. Even the maintenance man is quick to repair things and is very friendly.

Nice place Great management they're very nice and always ready to help you if you need anything. The complex and apartment are safe, clean with very good maintenance.
