RecommendedGreat apt, quiet area, cable/internet sucks you have to pay extra for digital service if you can even get hotwire/directv on the phone. As a technician bad deal for the complex. Hotwire doesn't know the difference between a modem and a router, a router is advertised in the package didn't get. My advise to the complex get a better service provider in here. I pay for YouTubeTv to get digital service. Been here almost 2 months lost internet service 3 times. Love the apt, hate the service!
I am in a shared unit. Unfortunately, one of the roommates is an entitled liberal-tard, all this person does is to complain and play us against each other, including asking me to not using the common area when it's only 8:30 p.m.. Reasons given? This person needed to wake up early for the odd self-employed job, so I was not supposed to watch clips on my device in the common area. Terrible experience the place is drug infested and the apartments are not up to code when time to move in. Complete waste of money these are not luxury apartments. I have pictures of the condition our place was in when we moved in if anyone is interested in those photos they are down below. Also the place was filled with trash. They promise repairs and never show up. They denied us a walk through and made us wait with newborn babies in the car for 4 hours after scheduled move in day when we just traveled 10 hours (military) ... read more

Okay where do I start.... We already had a 2 bed 2 bath apartment here for a year. Upon moving in this furnished apartment there were problems with furniture not being in good condition and unexpected “fees” that were not disclosed. Nice apartments but poor service to maintain them and poor customer service. The niceness leaves the staff after making complaints of situations after signing the lease. Do your due diligence and have copies of paperwork and inspect thoroughly before anything.
Up until the last few months I would have given them 5 stars. I have enjoyed my 2 years living here and never would have imagined moving except for the last 6 months I have had to deal with a neighbor that does not sleep and have kids that run through the apartment 24 hours a day (seriously I am not kidding). I have tried talking to the neighbor and have issued NUMOROUS complaints to the office (told it was being handled) and still my upstairs neighbor remains. It is disheartening to have to come home and listen to elephants... read more
