I moved into my apartment on July 22, 2025, and have had ongoing pest issues since the very beginning. Don’t recommend living here unless you like to live without A/C for a MONTH or not be able to use the pool because nobody knows how to take care of it…but Love to have your rent increased and nothing to show for it

Waited a year for a couch for the “furnished” apartment we paid our entire lease for. Tried blaming us for not completing a checklist but we moved from out of state and were here a WEEK after our lease started. A WEEK for them to do what they needed to and they didn’t! then we have ROACHES!!! I’m so disgusted it’s not even funny

pvalley sisters are still at it ratchet and ghetto and giving out nasty apartments.
The number one thing to be mindful of here is the people that you’re going to be around. If you don’t mind living in a place that’s drug infested, this is an ok place. If you don’t mind trying to maneuver around people that are parked literally in the middle of the street as they wait for their sibling, friend, etc. to come down, then this place might not be too bad for you. If you don’t mind your vehicle getting broken into and your packages getting stolen from your front door, then you might actually enjoy living here. One... read more
